Return and Exchange Policy

Please read our Refund and Return policy thoroughly before using

The product ordered must be returned within 7-10 days unused from the day of delivery. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk. Any goods used even once by removing the original manufacturer packing Cannot be accepted.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7-10 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The ineligibility criteria are:

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

● Misuse of any product.
● Superficial cracking
● Damaged edges or toe, or excessive use
● Bats used against bowling machines are not returnable as these especially damage cricket bats.

Received Damage Product?

However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or items not ordered by you, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery and provide details of the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Customer Service will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service within time, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Once we receive your item that fulfills the return/exchange policy, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
