Here's how we process international orders ...

Cricket Closet is based in Karachi, Pakistan, but we ship products globally. We get a lot of inquiries every week regarding how we process international orders, so we thought it’s a good idea to create a dedicated page and help you understand the whole process. 

Here’s are the step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: You place your order

Add the desired products to your cart and place the order by completing the checkout page.

Step 2: We contact you to confirm your order

After you place your order, one of our agents will contact you to confirm the order, usually within 2-3 working days. We will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the order. Our agent will also show you the actual pictures or videos of the product(s) so you can select the best product.

Step 3: You send us the payment via bank transfer

After your order is confirmed, we will ask you to make the payment using one of the methods given below.


1)Transfer money to our Company bank account

2)Transfer money to our Personal bank account

3) Pay via Personal bank Account  /TransferWise or Remitly

You can also pay via TransferWise or Remitly. It only requires a few clicks and we would be able to receive your money much faster compared to the bank transfer. Also, you would be able to know exactly where your money is in the transfer process. 

Note: It’s possible to receive business payments via TransferWise or Remitly in Pakistan. As a workaround, we also use a personal account to collect these types of payments. The personal account is linked to our business account. 

You can also use other online money transfer services, such as Western Union and MoneyGram

Step 4: We ship your order via DHL/FedEx

After we get the payment, we will ship the order to your address via DHL/FedEx depends on particular country you belong. We will give you the tracking number so you can keep track of your order.
